We’re not in the business of teaching students how to play songs. We’re in the business of creating brilliant musicians. Instead of teaching you how to play songs like parrots, we use them to practice the techniques and theory that are covered during the lessons. You’ll be mastering songs, and the skills that go along with them.
Intimate Lessons
We believe in offering only the highest quality, highest value lessons to our students. We offer private one on one or small intimate group classes. Each student attending receives personal attention. This allows our students to grasp techniques and theory from day one. Classes are tailored for each individual or group.
Timing is everything
Private students receive one 30 minute class per week. 30 minutes is the perfect amount of class time. It provides enough time to review work that was done the previous week, as well as cover new material. Group classes are an hour long to ensure all individuals receive personal attention.
Step By Step Classes
We have developed easy to follow, step by step classes for our students. This takes the guess work out of the playing journey. Each lesson progresses into the next. This ensures that your skill level and knowledge increases with each lesson. This way you will never feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin.

My daughter is learning violin. The instructor is so patient and knowledgeable. Music with Mario is also very flexible offering online lessons when in person is not feasible on occasion. Of course my daughter is loving the experience!

I've been wanting to learn the guitar for a while now, having first started in 2020, learning on my own, it's been on and off.
I decided last month to try Music with Mario & Friends and I am super impressed with this school.
Mario responds to requests efficiently, the reception area is warm and welcoming and my teacher Martin is amazing.
I expressed my goals during our trial lesson and he has tailored my lessons to meet my goals.

I wish I could allocate more than 5 stars to this amazing school!! We're going on 2 years' piano lessons with Mario and team, and this has been the best decision for our 9 yo son. Our son's piano coach, Jayson, is phenomenal in fostering his talent and nurturing his strengths. He has been patient with going at our pace, and incorporates practical with theory in a way that makes it easy to understand the expectations when practicing at home. With his coaching, our son has developed the discipline to practice without being told, a passion for all things piano, and a maturity with his craft that makes us proud!

If you happen to be on the lookout for a fantastic guitar tutor then look no further than Mario. His enthusiasm for teaching the skill coupled with his progressive teaching style means you will quickly improve your guitar playing. He is quite adept at progressing those - like myself with no previous guitar experience at all - to playing full songs only after a few months. He carefully structures lessons short enough to get through the fundamentals whilst also making sure the content remains fun and relevant.
His energy and passion to teach guitar is quite apparent as is his level of patience.

I have no musical background whatsoever and have always wanted to play guitar and I thought it was just a dream, but Music with Mario made it possible.
I am having so much fun, they have made it so easy to learn how to play and my teacher Sergio is fantastic. He makes it so much fun and interesting. Can't wait for my next lesson.

Both my children, aged 9 and 12, thoroughly enjoy their lessons with Sergio. Sergio is great teacher, patient and supportive, and they come out of every lesson having improved. Having found Mario and Sergio has brought back my kids’ enjoyment of playing guitar, and for that I am extremely happy and grateful.

My experience with Music with Mario has been exceptional. They are professional and relate to you as an individual which makes learning easier and quicker.
